Waiter/waitress

The Blue Check Restaurant in Bushey is looking for a passionate,kind and enthusiastic **Waiter/Waitress **with a minimum 5 years of experience in the similar role to join our lovely team.

You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking guest orders, communicating orders well with the kitchen, offering menu recommendations and providing a seamless service to the tables. You will have the ability to build long-term rapport with both the guests and your immediate team. You will have a warm personality and be willing to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Welcome and greet all customers in a friendly, professional and sincere manner
- Deal with complaints appropriately and report them to the supervisor on duty
- Ensure all customer requests are responded to promptly and effectively
- To enhance quality service and in turn enhance client satisfaction
- To give full cooperation to any colleagues requiring assistance in a friendly and helpful manner
- Have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
