Are you ready for your next step in your career in Early Years providing a high level of care and education for children and their families?
We are looking for teaching assistants who are looking to work in a mainstream primary school setting supporting SEND children and assist in their learning and development.

You will have a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and experience of working with children with differing learning abilities and SEND.

You will be responsible for:
Communicating with a wide range of people individually, in groups and at all appropriate levels

Motivating children and sustain their interest in play activities

Supporting children with SEND on a one to one basis throughout the day

Contributing to and able to work as part of the team

Contributing to the preparation of written reports which support children’s development and well being

Support children through positive role modelling and be able to support children and families in a culturally sensitive, positive and non-judgemental way

Able to work in a responsive and positive partnership with parents and carers

Able to develop children with special educational needs in an inclusive setting
