If you are a **passionate, adaptable **and **empathetic** person, we may have a SEND teaching assistant role for you. Teaching Personnel are working alongside specialist settings **in and around Leeds** who are excitedto work with people just like you. This is a supply role; we have long-term full-time roles as well as short-term day to day roles which can be undertaken alongside education and family responsibilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at this vibrant, friendly specialist school. The school provides education for children and young people with autism and complex needs, with a dynamic curriculum and personalised learning pathways designedto help every child succeed.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will understand the importance of the in-class support you will provide. Working on a 1:1 basis with students will give them the extra support they need in order to achieve their potential, while ensuring the students you workwith are able to engage fully in lessons.
- Calm, patient practitioner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident working 1:1 and with groups of students
- Experience in an SEN or school setting
