Description
Join our amazing Global Learning and Community team in the role of Trainer and be part of the UKG learning experience for Customers, Internals and Partners. UKG provides a blended learning strategy which includes learning through self-paced, live Webinars and Instructor Led Learning virtual courses. You’ll be an important part of the Customer Community, sharing knowledge, tips and answering ‘how do I’ type questions. This is a remote position and can be based in in the UK or in Europe
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide core UKG product and end user instructor led training in virtual learning settings to UKG customers, internals, and partners
- Achieve high customer satisfaction results in line with company goals and metrics
- Be self-motivated and responsible for:
- Achieving and maintaining certification in specific courses
- Staying current on new products, industry trends, and customers training needs
- Performing administrative tasks in a timely manner, to support training activities, business operations.
- Engage with customers and partners via the UKG Community, answering questions, promoting ad hoc learning events and engaging and redirecting customer comments
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure our customer, internal, and partner needs are being met
- Aid in the translation and review of course content to meet wide language requirements
- Innovate to evolve our team, our processes, and our organization
- Participate in customer calls, pre-sales education-related activities as requested
- Complete special projects and tasks as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- a senior experience in delivering SaaS software training, via virtual classroom platforms and onsite environments
- Fluent in English and at least one other language (French or German)
- Experience of training or using UKG products is a plus
- Adaptable to change, with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change
- Flexible and be able to work in teams and individually, influence change, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
- Travel up to 20% both within the EMEA region and to the US as required
