The Retail Operations & Commercial Executive is responsible for providing efficient operations support to the retail division to ensure the smooth running of all locations and availability of business reporting for all stakeholders. The Retail Operations & Commercial Executive will work with retail stores to ensure adherence to procedures and effective system operations. This position reports to the Retail Operations Manager.

**The responsibilities of the Retail Operations and Commercial Executive. Could this be you?**
- Ensure operational efficiency of retail locations through effective equipment maintenance and event ordering processes.
- Support the Head of Retail and Retail Business Manager with reporting and data requests through retail systems.
- Maintain fully operational retail locations with strong brand representation.
- Foster strong relationships and communication with internal and external peers and contacts.
- Conduct monthly calls with regional managers to inform them about new processes and operational updates.
- Process event orders and coordinate with the DDC for deliveries and logistics.
- Maintain up-to-date records of event equipment movement in Asset Tiger and ensure adherence to event processes.
- Manage equipment budgets and consistently review cost-saving opportunities.
- Handle maintenance requests regarding equipment.
- Keep Asset Tiger updated with equipment movement, new additions, warranty information, and costs. Perform monthly audits at one location per month to ensure accuracy.
- Submit all equipment purchase orders.
- Manage and monitor the hydrafacial ordering process and track consumable usage.
- Oversee laundry suppliers and agreements.
- Collaborate with IT on the management of music systems across treatment rooms.
- Source new equipment and consumables as necessary and ensure smooth delivery through the warehouse to stores.
- Collaborate with the UK Facilities Manager to support store maintenance.
