**The Role of Customer Support Advisor is based in a wonderful modern environment at our main offices in Wythenshawe.**

Hours: 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7 (including weekend rotas shared with the team).

**Job Purpose**

To provide an excellent customer support service to the Timpson Group ensuring that all complaints and queries received into the Customer Support Department are appropriately actioned and resolved in line with the department set targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with colleagues in the Department discussing complaints and rectifying problems.
- Communicating with colleagues in our National Workshops for work in progress and delivery times etc.
- Completing written correspondence and records of all ongoing issues.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge of Windows 7 Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet
- Good communication skills
- Ability to compose written correspondence to customers
- Able to use own initiative in solving problems
- Abundance of common sense
- Ability to show empathy
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing Department needs.
- Team player
