**Smart Dental Care **is looking for a friendly **Private Patient Coordinator/Advisor **to work at our busy Head Office You will join our team based in **Heald Green (near Manchester airport) **on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary plus excellent company benefits.**

Working hours Monday - Friday 0900-1730 - no weekends

- Answer incoming calls on our dedicated Private Patient Support Service Line from patients who wish to book, rearrange, or cancel appointments.
- Book Private check-ups, consultations, and appointments, ensuring our patient booking systems are updated correctly.
- Ensure a high conversion rate is achieved between private patient enquiries to booked consultation appointments
- Offer exemplary customer service, product knowledge and active promotion of our products and services.
- Actively promote our portfolio of private treatments including teeth whitening, composite bonding, implants, and clear aligners.
