**Role Purpose**

Your role as **Travel & Fleet Advisor** is to work as a vital part of our Travel and Fleet team within a busy finance function. Provide a full travel agency service including the booking of flights, ferries, trains, hotels, meeting rooms, hirecars and all other travel requirements and to provide support to the Fleet function whereby we have approx. 400 company cars and over 200 grey fleet.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Delivery against Key personal and divisional KPIs
- Ensuring all users of the Travel & Fleet function receives the highest level of service.
- Accuracy of all details, and data entry into internal system/ spreadsheets/database.
- Completeness of all requests given within time scale indicated.
- Support for wider team and work on ad hoc projects if/ when required.

- Excellent communication / inter-personnel skills
- Telephone and keyboard skill essential
- Excel and word literate
- Geographical awareness
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to problem solve and be innovative
