**Job Summary**

As a Senior PPF Installer you will be responsible for managing the installation process from start to finish, ensuring excellent results for our customers, as well as actively contributing to the growth and running of our Paint Protection Film Department.

You will be expected to work closely with other team members as well as training and coaching other installers to adhere to the highest standards.

We work closely with Stek Automotive in the UK, to ensure we have access to the latest products and technology, as well as partnering with other installers to ensure our team is constantly learning and developing.

If you like variety, you’re in luck: we work on a wide variety of vehicles, new and used, daily’s, weekend cars, and collectors cars. As I write this Job Description the team is preparing a Morgan Aero 8 ready for full car PPF - the car is 6 years old, has approximately 5,000 miles on the clock and we’ve been working with this owner for over 5 years. We’ve just finished a brand new Hethel Yellow Lotus Emira straight from dealership with next to no miles, as well as a range of other vehicles including a T6 full wrap, Hyundai full car PPF, Ferrari 812 Superfast, Porsche 911 full car PPF, BMW M3 Competition full car PPF, Audi S5 Front End PPF, and more.

and vinyl wraps on vehicles, providing protection and/or changing the appearance of the vehicle. You will work with a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering the highest quality workmanship and customer service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and prepare the vehicle’s paintwork prior to installation of PPF or vinyl wrapping
- Install PPF on the vehicle using precision cutting techniques and specialized tools
- Ensure that the PPF is free of bubbles, wrinkles, and other defects
- Cut and trim PPF around door handles, mirrors, and other obstacles
- Verify that the PPF is properly aligned and adhered to the vehicle’s paintwork
- Wrap the vehicle with vinyl using specialized tools and techniques
- Ensure that the vinyl is free of bubbles, wrinkles, and other defects
- Trim and cut the vinyl around door handles, mirrors, and other obstacles
- Communicate effectively with customers and address any concerns they may have
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in PPF installation and car wrapping or related field
- Familiarity with computerized cutting systems (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive paint and bodywork
- Ability to use specialized PPF installation and vinyl wrapping tools and equipment

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a variety of temperatures and conditions

**Working Conditions**

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment and may require working on weekends or evenings, depending on business needs. The PPF Installer & Car Wrapper will work primarily in a garage or workshop setting.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
