**Job Overview**
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As Graphic Designer within the Marketing Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the visual identity of our company. The position requires a balance of creativity and accuracy to deliver high-quality visual assets across print, digital, and social platforms, driving brand awareness and supporting sales growth.

**Duties**
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Production, etc) to ensure design outputs align with business objectives and technical specifications.
- Uphold and evolve the brand identity by maintaining consistency across all visual communications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
- Prepare artwork for print and liaise with external printers to ensure high-quality production.
- Contribute to the ideation and execution of campaigns to enhance customer engagement and lead generation.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer working within or alongside a Marketing Department.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Powerpoint, Word, Excel.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
- Experience designing for both print and digital media.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
- Experience preparing artwork for production and liaising with printers.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work and creativity

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of the construction or manufacturing industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
