By joining us as a Legal Call/Claim Handler, you can put those study topics to good use and start speaking to our clients about a wide range of cases, as soon as you join.
Our team of Call/Claim Handlers work on a hybrid basis, working from home for the majority of the time, visiting our Manchester contact centre once per month. Your contract will be permanent and full time, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 08:30-19:00. We offer a starting annual salary of £18,622, which is reviewed yearly, quarterly bonus, which is paid out based on company performance and individual KPIs, company pension, sick pay and retail discounts. We operate a dress down policy, we don't believe you have to be suited and booted to perform well in your role. We also provide all the I.T. kit you need, in order to assist our clients in the most efficient way.
What we ask from you is a confident telephone manner, good, clear and concise communication skills, I.T literacy and a genuine desire to provide a high level of customer service at all times. What would be most beneficial, is previous experience working in an office or contact centre, where you have had to manage a high volume of calls, capture and input accurate information on a database or CRM I.T system during a call and passing this information on to internal departments.
