Spire Little Aston Hospital is a leading private hospital in the Midlands, offering comprehensive hospital care to patients from Birmingham and the surrounding areas of the West Midlands and Staffordshire. The hospital has an exceptional reputation within a variety of specialties including Orthopaedics, Sports & Exercise Medicine, Cosmetics, Ophthalmic, Gynaecology, General Surgery & Physiotherapy.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Taking primary responsibility for the accurate preparation, tracking of the Health & Safety Management System
- Collation & preparation of all health and safety reports
- Ensuring a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Support staff with Waste Management processes
- Ensure there are suitable and sufficient storage arrangements for different types of waste and that suitable waste bins are in place around the hospital
- To ensure departmental recycling processes in place and followed

**Who we're looking**
- Minimum 3 years of administration experience
- Someone who is highly organised, has strong verbal and written communication skills and works well to tight deadlines
- Competent user of the MS Office suite of products & Excel
- Must be proactive and able to self-motivate
- Experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial but by no means necessary as full training will be provided
- Someone who works well as part of a team
- Must be comfortable with the physical element of this role

**Hours**:Full Time, 37.5hrs pw - Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm

**Contract**:Permanent
