Conveniently located Competitive salary and benefits Friendly work culture with a proactive team Opportunities for personal and professional growth Key Responsibilities Arranging and overseeing all inbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with weight and value limits. Collaborating with the Goods Inwards team to create delivery schedules and manage daily intake capabilities. Preparing customs clearance instructions and maintaining VAT and duty schedules. Coordinating special courier outbound shipments and liaising with customers for seamless delivery. Managing the showroom appointment calendars to optimise customer experience. Reconciling shipment costs with quotes and collaborating with the finance team for accurate cost reporting. Addressing queries with shippers and escalating claims as necessary. Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required. What We're Looking For Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to adapt to the ever‑changing precious metals market. Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and exceeding expectations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with various departments, suppliers, and service providers. What We Offer Competitive salary package. Additional Information Experience in a similar logistics role would be an advantage. A three‑month probation period will be in place, during which comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you meet the required knowledge level.
