Cornwall is embarking on its three-year transformation of its core community mental health services; we are looking for someone to develop and lead the Single Point of Access service.. This makes it a refreshing & interesting time to join our adult mental health services in Cornwall, as we are focused on developing into an outstanding service. We are working towards a complete transformation of services in Cornwall in line with national plans to create integrated and collaborative health and social care systems. We are building a team of highly motivated people who are keen to influence change and culture within adult mental health services in Cornwall.

This newly created post offers you the opportunity to lead on the development, implementation and embedding of partnership working across Primary Care Networks. We are looking for someone to inspire, design and implement changes to referral management in Adult Community Mental Health. It means that in this post you can be creative, innovative and encourages you to think outside and around the box in further designing & developing this service. You will work with our Community Mental Health Teams and Matrons to provide an outstanding experience and care for the people who use our services. We will support you to lead on driving forward key national changes give you the confidence to manage and lead your own service.
