Rugby, United Kingdom Change Grow Live Full time

Overview:
Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience for the people we support. You can make a difference.

As a Volunteer Recovery Worker with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

With this role you’ll be working as part the team, based in Rugby. Our Hubs are within Warwickshire with offices in Rugby, Leamington and Nuneaton.

No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

**Responsibilities**:
The team supports people with their or their loved ones’ drug and/or alcohol issues.

We will support you in this volunteering role by ensuring that you receive regular supervision, and have someone on site who you can approach for day-to-day advice and guidance. In return for the time you give you will receive valuable training and gain experience and skills. You’ll be making a real difference too.

This is what one of our Volunteer Recovery Co-ordinators had to say:

- “I like the team spirit, that we all bring something different and we always put the people who use our service first”._
