**About the role**

This role is perfect for a highly motivated, analytically minded individual who is eager to make their first step into Ecommerce & Digital Marketing. We feel like the best way to learn is through first-hand experience. So what we can offer you on the 12-month long placement is exposure to large scale, global digital campaigns. You'll work across multiple channels such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more. Acquiring customers online from over 100 different countries, in one of the fastest growing companies in Northern Ireland.

You will be involved in all aspects of our Ecommerce business including Shopify, 3rd Party marketplaces, digital marketing and data analytics.

**What you’ll do**
- You’ll support and deliver digital campaigns for both the STATSports consumer and elite team product.
- Support the Ecommerce team on our Ecommerce and 3rd Party Marketplaces. Including product creation, order management, and conversion rate optimisation.
- You’ll help the Digital and Creative teams in planning, creating and co-ordinating engaging content for digital channels - including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Monitor and report on website, digital campaigns and broader marketing activity. Using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Manager.
- Make sure our customers have a flawless online experience by monitoring website visitor engagement against website KPIs drawing out insight to improve customer journey and reduce drop-offs.
- Assist in the daily management of paid campaign activity working to deliver strong return on ad spend.
- Product copy and asset management to ensure effective launch co-ordination across multi-channel platforms on new and existing catalogue.
- Assist in the research and development of methods to improve customer engagement and UX with the eCommerce team.
- Weekly reporting on customer and product feedback across Trustpilot and Amazon/eBay marketplaces, identifying wins, losses, and opportunities for improvement.

- Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics.
