Health & Safety (Document Controller)

**About The Role**:
We are looking for an additional Health & Safety Document Controller to join our growing team. This full time position, Monday to Friday and is based at our Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber. We require an organised, methodical self-starter with good organisational skills.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain the Integrated Document Management System (IMS) to ensure document control
- Manage the workload of our “Human Focus” training system and document repository to maintain the multi-site IMS
- Provide management reports to agreed deadlines
- Provide guidance and support for the ISO & FSC compliance audits for all sites
- Proactively work with other areas of the business
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge to effectively perform the role
Additional training and instruction required through time, will be provided by Wren.
**About You**:
Must Have Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of management systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Understanding of preparation for third party audits
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Understanding of SharePoint
