Carbon 60 are looking to recruit a Sonar Training Delivery Instructor for its prestigious client based in Portsmouth
- The purpose of this role is to provide the Training of Sonar principles to Royal Navy students (Officers & Ratings) on their Phase 2 & 3 career courses.
- Delivering training on Naval Sonar systems in support of the Royal Naval Engineering Department.
- Overseeing practical activities carried out by the students
- Training from 4 - 14 students in both a classroom and laboratory environment
- Supporting improvements in training delivery, quality improvement and teaching and learning practices including the use of learning technology.

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in engineering to Foundation Degree level or equivalent level
- Experience in maintaining engineering sensors systems (Sonar) would be desirable
- Military experience is desirable, but not essential
- Experience within training delivery is advantageous but not essential
- Level 4 teaching certificate or equivalent (will be enrolled onto internal training course if not held).
