- You will provide delivery of training within the Workshops section of the Weapons Engineering Training group. Reporting into the Workshops Training Delivery Team leader, using best practice with the use of systematic, safe, high quality, coherent and harmonisedapproaches across Weapons Engineering training delivery area.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Instructing foundation degree students in software design and programming, using embedded Arduino® microcontroller system
- Instructing foundation degree students in the design, construction and testing analogue and digital electronic circuits that interface to embedded microcontroller systems.
- Instructing students in the use of electronics hand tools and test equipment and the inspection of electronic electromechanical and fibre optic equipment.
- Using data, information, and insight on the performance of individual establishment to drive continuous improvement and learning across Royal Navy training
- Working collaboratively with Learning & Development and other Training Delivery staff to identify and support a personalised approach to learning and development

**What we're looking for**:

- HND or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience of the design and build of embedded systems (C++)
- The ability to analyse and debug software written by novice students
- Results oriented with ability to support quality and delivery improvements across learning programmes
- Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of training.
- Experience working with Mid-level stakeholders.
