Our client is a specialist law firm offering a responsive legal service with a experienced team of solicitors and barristersdedicated to providing excellent client care. The client supports individuals and corporations across the nation whatever their legal need and offering a premium service in the form of legal representation.

**Description**

Key responsibilities include:

- Handling and dealing with company clients
- Recording and ordering data
- Answering queries
- Delivering information about the clients services
- Dealing with outbound/inbound calls
- Receiving customer feedback
- Managing and handling incoming calls
- Assessing customer needs and requirements
- Verifying claims
- Reporting to team manager
