Personal/administrative Assistant

This is a new permanent position for a Personal/Administrative Assistant to provide office support based at our Staplefield Office located about 3 miles outside Haywards Heath. The main work will be to provide administrative support to the main business and the company directors.
This role is primary office based with a small degree of flexibility on hybrid working, and can be either full time or part time to suit.
**Job Functions**:
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
Organising events and conferences
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
Collating and filing expenses
**Requirements**:
Client focused (you will be the first point of contact for most of our Clients);
Good telephone manner;
Friendly and helpful disposition;
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Access);
good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team;
accuracy and attention to detail;
comfortable with using numbers;
the ability to use your own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to others.
