An opportunity has arisen within our regional office based in Stirling for a Utility administrator on a permanent basis.

Key duties include:

- Provide support to the, Administration Manager, Operations Manager and Project Managers to facilitate the achievement of end to end process objectives in line with best practice.
- Assist in the scheduling of all projects in line with customer requirements, team competencies, SCO and NRSWA requirements. Completing all relevant documentation as required.
- Efficient administration and maintenance of records, files and associated databases including the requesting of TMA’s & SCO.
- Obtain / request Statutory undertaker plans in line with commencement dates.
- Answering of telephones, assist caller where possible and if unable to assist the caller transfer to the relevant party.
- Compilation of operational job packs, ensuring all relevant documentation is in date and correct approvals in place.
- Liaison with Operational engineers for the raising of PO’s and submitting to approvers in line with SODA Levels.
- Create site visit packs for Project Managers and update systems with returned packs.
- Ensure that problems are resolved and where appropriate referred to the Utility Planner for escalation.
- Maintain effective communication between the Operations Department and the Pre-construction Department.
- Resolve enquiries from both internal and external sources, providing written or verbal responses as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Vacancy Requirements

To be considered for this position you will ideally have at least 1-2 years previous administration experience ideally within a utility setting, excellent communications skills are essential as well as the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
