The Admin Coordinator is responsible in the daily administration of the operations ensuring that all resources such as manpower, materials, methods, and procedures are followed and utilized effectively and efficiently
**Areas of Responsibility**:

- Maintains a thorough knowledge of AMS Administration policies and Administration systems and ensures its implementation throughout the company
- Ensures that all paper-based and computerized system information processes are setup and maintained to provide the most efficient and effective administrative system possible
- Ensures the on-time, accurate preparation, submission and distribution of reports as required
- Oversees and monitors the inventory of stationery and ensures there is sufficient supply for the department
- Minute taking
- Creating agendas
- Organize and schedule meetings & appointments
- Manage staff appointments
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Ensure that admin concerns are well-addressed to keep a harmonious working relationship both with the employees and immediate superiors

Hours: 40.00 per week

Requirements and Prospects:

- Computer literate with a particular emphasis on MS Office and Excel
- Organised and able to prioritise work
- Willing to study and learn alongside work
- Focused and driven

Training Provided:
We are looking for someone to start working with us straight away and then begin attending Exeter College one day a week (during term time) from March, working towards the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship (the training period will be 18 months from that point onwards).

Additional Information:

- GCSE 4/C in English & Maths as a minimum
- An appropriate and relevant qualification (Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent experience)
