We are recruiting on behalf of a successful, well known, local company who are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their friendly team in Exeter
This role would really suit someone with a background in recruitment or experience in a client facing position who is looking for a fast-paced, rewarding role in a bubbly and friendly team This is a dynamic, busy and reactive role which requires someone who can multi-task, work at pace and keep a level head under pressure.
**JOB TITLE**: Recruitment Coordinator
**LOCATION**: Exeter
**HOURS**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday + the occasional requirement to work evenings and Saturdays (this requirement is shared equally between the team on a rota basis)
**SALARY**: £23, 000 per annum plus very generous bonus (approx. an additional £4000 per annum)
**BENEFITS**: Fantastic benefit package, 20 days holiday rising to 25 days, contributory pension, pay day team lunches and regular social events, bonus
**THE COMPANY**: This independent company are rapidly expanding across the South West and have a fantastic (very well deserved) reputation. They are a key provider of agency workers across Devon and beyond who are known for their fantastic client service. They really do have a unique, inclusive work culture - their offices are bubbly, full of energy and team lunches and social events are a regular occurrence
**THE ROLE**: The company are looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to join the small, dynamic team in Exeter. It is the responsibility of this team to ensure that all available shifts are filled in a timely manner and that all client staffing requirements are met. This is very much a front line, reactive role in which you will be the go to person for clients in your area who are requesting staff, building strong working relationships with them and delivering a reliable, high standard of service. You will also work closely with bank staff, allocating their shifts and ensuring the right worker is matched to the right shift.
**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
- Receiving agency staff requests from clients & assigning suitable workers to fill shifts, sometimes at very short notice
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing a quality and reliable service ensuring repeat client business. You will account manage clients in your area, being their first point of contact.
- Liaising regularly with workers
- Maintaining workers compliance
- Recruitment related admin
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
The ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy whilst juggling a busy workload.
- The ability to build strong and successful working relationships and a rapport with clients and workers alike
- Strong IT and administration skills
- Someone with a can do attitude to work, who is dynamic and energetic and can work at pace
- Someone who is resilient
- Participation in the teams on-call rota is essential
