**Why We like Craigies**

Craigie’s Farm Deli and Café is located in the beautiful countryside between Queensferry and Edinburgh, but we are just 20 minutes from the city centre, so we have the best of both worlds

But that’s not why we really love it, Craigies is one close-nit BIG happy family running a farm to the best of our ability, growing amazing fresh food, selling it to our fantastic customers in the farm shop and transforming it onto plates in the café Don’t get me wrong, we’re busy but we wouldn’t have it any other way If you get bored of human company, there are lots of friendly farm animals, happy to share your lunch in return for a natter and they don’t speak back to you.

The drivers of the Big Craigie Family are John and Kirsteen Sinclair and they don’t like standing still. The family opened a wee farm shop at West Craigie over 30 years ago, the team have grown this into the best farm shop and café in the area. Our latest adventure is the exciting new toy shop, 150-seater café, play barn, animal shed and party rooms in Little Farmers. There are many more exciting plans for Craigies in the near future so if you want to be involved then buckle up buttercup, because you’re in for a great career ride

**Who We Are Looking For**
- Part timer - Someone who wants to work 3-4 days a week, with at least one of these days being at the weekend.
- All-time Aider - Someone who can provide outstanding customer service, 100% of the time.
- Multitasker - someone who can woo and upsell at the same time.
- Stocker - someone who can keep the shelves looking full, ensuring proper rotation.
- Confident Dealer - Someone who can deal with customer queries or complains in the absence of a Shop Supervisor.
- Achiever - Someone who achieves their goals and/or succeeds them.
- Knowledgeabler - Someone who is highly educated about our products and why we indorse ‘local produce is best’ - don’t worry we will train you up on our products, every day is a school day
- Team Member - Someone who can work well with others but can also hold their own.
- Cleaner - Someone who can ensure full compliance of all required hygiene and health and safety standards within our HACCP and those set by the EHO.
- Adhoc-er - Someone who can ensure the impromptu tasks get done
