Job Title: Marketplaces Trading Assistant
Reporting to: Trading Manager

Job overview / Purpose
As a Trading Assistant in the Marketplaces team, the role is responsible for optimising listings across Amazon and eBay for CDSL and to support on the Web Trader base. This will include customer service activity, sales calls and searching the market for new lines and opportunities to enhance sales and margin performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Adding relevant listings to Marketplaces
- Optimise listings to increase chances of visibility and sales conversion
- Work with customer service to fix incorrect listing
- Identify new opportunities to be added to Markeplaces growth pipeline
- Achieving monthly activity and performance targets to support the growth in revenue and margin
- Continually monitor pricing using tools and support available
- Ensure compliance of Marketplaces listings T&C's
- To process orders and issue quotes on web trader base as and when required
- Carry out all Admin duties on web trader base i.e log returns, credits, delivery queries etc.
- To help and support on contact of web trader account base to help maximise revenue and margin
- Help to identify new opportunities either products or potential customers to help achieve revenue and margin targets

Person Specification:
Qualifications & Training
- GCSE English & Maths graded C or equivalent essential
- IT/Computing qualification or experience desirable

Experience
B2B Sales experience and customer service / administration essential
Knowledge of online retail platforms and trading online desirable

Knowledge & Skills
Word, Excel and AX essential
Amazon / Ebay, inventory management systems and photoshop skills desirable

Essential Personal Qualities
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to meet deadlines
A team player
