About the role:
Information Standards team define the requirements for our asset data and receive requests from internal stakeholders to implement new standards or investigate specific non-compliances.
The role-holder will work alongside the Asset Information Standards Lead and Asset Information Standards Specialists to review, optimise and document internal processes for managing asset information standards and prioritisation of internally facing requests.
The role-holder will work closely with existing Standards Technicians, and a dedicated Standards Specialist, to respond to user requests for extracting, updating, and archiving documents within “waterpedia” whilst maintaining compliance with established document management standards.
Key responsibilities include:

- Experience managing an “identification of need” or “service request” process- Ability to review and prioritise a works queue based on user requirements- Experience creating detailed process maps and flow charts- Experience designing, producing, and presenting performance MI reports- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and influence with stakeholders- High literacy and attention to detail when reviewing documents and the ability to enforce document control standards- Experience working with SharePoint, Excel and WordExperience & Capabilities:

- Experience working with Power BI to create MI dashboards- The confidence and ability to effectively challenge existing processes and behaviours within an organisation- Excellent Administration Skills- Strong IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite of products- Good organisational and planning capabilitiesAdditional Information:
