Right now, we are looking for an experienced customer retention advisor to join our internal sales team. Someone who is passionate about winning market share and helping our current or future customers in delivering sustainable water dispense solutions.
This is a highly consultative role where will have your own portfolio of clients for which you will be the first point of contact. Taking accountability for the full account management process, responding to enquiries from new and existing clients, providing solutions to their queries whilst promoting and selling our premium range of products and services
**A key focus** of this role requires you to be proactive in making outbound calls to existing customers, handling the process for contract renewals, reengaging with accounts that may have become inactive and renewing existing business agreements
We seek someone who can demonstrate existing experience in Business Development, Sales & Account Management and/or Customer Retention
**It is essential** that you have experience in business-to-business upselling, where you have been responsible for selling products to direct business clients (not direct to residential consumers) and that you are competent in working to and reaching set individual and business focused KPI’s and targets.
**Administration skills are a must** as you will be expected to maintain and update our CRM system following each action of communication.
Currently we are operating in a hybrid model, where there will days working from the office and potentially some days working from home. Due to this, you will need to be in a commutable distance to Uxbridge, and will be happy working within an office environment.
This is a permanent position offering long term career prospects, a base salary of up to £26k **PLUS **£6K usual commission (un-capped so potential to earn much more) **PLUS **annual bonus **PLUS** company benefits
