Our client is seeking a motivated individual to take on the role as a Clinical Therapy Lead working in Derbyshire. If you are looking to work for a happy and successful company this is the one for you **Ideal Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing. - Sufficient experience in Clinical Nursing and Nurse Management - Some experience in Renal Nursing or Dialysis. **Role Responsibilities**: - Clinical lead for renal assisted service - Give Clinical advice to commercial account teams - Therapy education training for 3rd party nurse providers. - Implement and deliver training for technicians. - Therapy education training internally and support patient training programs - Develop and maintain training documentation, protocols and procedures for therapy area.Share best practice across the nursing function and work collaboratively with nursing colleagues **Role Specific Requirements**: - IT literate. - Good organisation and time keeping skills. - Have a flexible "can do" attitude. - Self-motivated. - Ability to influence. **Recruitment Process** 2/3 stage process.
