This field-based role combines clinical leadership, operational oversight, and commercial growth. You will mentor audiologists, drive high standards in patient care, and ensure our services exceed expectations in both NHS and private audiology. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about developing teams and building strong healthcare networks.Key ResponsibilitiesAudiologist Training & Clinical DevelopmentLead onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of audiologists across your regionEnsure clinicians stay up to date with the latest hearing technologies, software, and evidence-based practicesPromote a culture of clinical excellence, confidence, and compassionate patient careClinic Operations & Quality AssuranceMonitor and enhance clinic workflows, patient pathways, and administrative efficiencyLead clinics toward achieving and maintaining IQIPS accreditationEnsure all services meet organisational SOPs, safety standards, and NHS contract requirementsIdentify and implement service improvement strategiesSales Performance & Commercial GrowthSet, monitor, and achieve regional sales and revenue targetsSupport clinicians in delivering patient-focused private servicesIdentify business development opportunities and provide insights for growthLeadership & Team CollaborationMotivate, coach, and develop multi-site teamsLead performance reviews and support recruitment and induction of staffFoster a positive, collaborative workplace cultureStakeholder Engagement & Referral Network DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with GPs, pharmacies, and local healthcare providersAttend Integrated Care Board (ICB) meetings and local healthcare eventsServe as the primary operational and clinical contact for your areaQualifications & SkillsDegree in Audiology or equivalent qualificationHCPC registered Proven experience managing multiple clinical sites or leading healthcare teamsExperience delivering both NHS and private audiology servicesFamiliarity with IQIPS accreditation (desirable)Strong commercial awareness and record of achieving revenue targetsFull UK driving licenceBenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-related bonusBUPA private healthcare for you, with optional family coverageOpportunities for professional development and career progressionSupportive, collaborative, and patient-focused working environmentJoin Audiological Science Ltd as an Area Manager – Audiology Services and make a tangible difference by leading clinics, developing talented audiologists, and shaping the future of hearing care across Herefordshire & Worcester, Derby & Derbyshire, the Black Country, and Lincolnshire.
