Our User Researchers are helping transform the way government works and making sure DWP Digital teams are creating & modernising services that work for the people that need them.

You will join a Research Operations team that is providing operational support to our large community of 100+ User Researchers.

You'll will support our Research Operations team, helping our User Researchers do their jobs in a more efficient, streamlined way, and ultimately helping the Department to deliver better services to citizens.

And we have ambitious plans. We're developing an in-house recruitment service, a knowledge management solution, and a wide range of other support, including guidance and policies relating to research.

**You will**:

- Arrange research interviews for DWP User Researchers.
- Develop and manage a repository of templates, training logs, documents and more for User Researchers.
- Help maintain of a digital library of research findings and insights.
- Support the User Researchers to manage their research data.
- Manage the team inbox, taking minutes of meetings, and other team administrative tasks as required.
- Organise events and meet-ups for our User Researchers, and the wider UR community.

**What skills and experience do I need?**
- An awareness of what User Research is, and the role it plays in the design and delivery of government digital services.
- An awareness of agile development and service teams.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and admin skills.
- Experience of working with a wide range of different people of different levels of seniority.
- Good spreadsheet skills, understanding how to use more than the basic spreadsheet functions.
