**A bit about the role**:
This is a wonderful opportunity for a talented Content Producer to join our world-class Experiential and Events Team. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualising, developing and executing content strategies and assets that bring our events and activations to life.

Collaborating with our creative and production teams you will ensure that our live and virtual event content aligns with our clients' visions whilst delivering moments that inform, inspire, and leave a lasting impression with the audiences.

**What you'll do**:
You will have overall responsibility for generating and delivering engaging content to our clients. No project or day in the role is ever the same, but your key tasks will include:

- Consultation for content/engagement objectives and setting measures of success
- Working with the broader production team to identify needs of our clients
- Research and understanding of audience to ensure they remain at the centre of deliverables and key messages
- Agenda development consultation and support
- Delegate pre & post-event communication engagement consultation, setting of objectives, planning and management of execution with appropriate supporting team members (Digital, Film, Creative Studio, Scriptwriting etc.)
- Drive creative ideas for activation of key messages within specific sessions, consultation on best form of media or style within use of the space (supported by a Creative Director or Art Director where appropriate)
- Sharing best practise with clients on forms of engagement, being suitably able to challenge where appropriate
- One to one session leader meetings, providing guidance and advice for methodology of best session outcome
- Management of content production; graphics, film, digital in line with messaging needs and communication objectives
- Implement key performance metrics and evaluation data to work in a continual improvement approach to ensure that our audience are at the heart of everything we do

**What you'll need to have**:

- A good understanding and a passion for developing content across an array of platforms: Live and Virtual Events, Digital, Film, Print etc.
- Demonstrable experience in the art of storytelling including
- Previous experience and understanding of working as a Content Producer within a Live Event/ Experiential setting
- The experience and confidence to challenge clients' thinking and to offer alternative solutions to communication needs
- Flexible, can do, proactive and confident way of working, across multiple projects and teams (including colleagues and a diverse range of freelancers)
- Ability to analyse information and other client assets to see through the noise and be able to find and develop the most engaging stories
- Passion for creating original ideas and often being able to take the complex and make it simple
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and knowledge of using digital planning tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and employ a positive and calm demeanour whilst working in busy, timeline-driven environments
- Ability to act as an on-site speaker and provide effective direction where needed
