Night Ambulance Controller

We are currently a Night Ambulance controller to work within our busy control room

Day Shift 6pm to 6am

You will work on a 4 on 4 off rota basis

You will provide operational support to the running of the control room including planning patient journeys onto Ambulance crews in a logical order, dealing with all telephone enquiries, recording all journeys detailing any anomalies that occur, updating and maintaining the information within the Computerised database.

Be sensitive and caring in nature and be able to demonstrate that to public and staff

Good planning and time management skills, able to manage activities simultaneously whilst maintaining focus and quality of work.

Ability to ensure standards and specifications are met

Ability to work with colleagues and under their own initiative.

Must be computer literate across all platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
