**Working Hours**: 19:00 - 07:00, 2 week rotational shift pattern.

**Your New Role**

Your new role will be to guide and direct the warehouse operators as they carry out their day-to-day duties, ensure all time constraints are met and that each shift is carried out safely and without issue. The warehouse controller is to step in and assist the Warehouse shift manager when required to ensure that the day-to-day running of the shift runs smoothly and that all duties are carried out in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**

Controlling a team on a daily basis.

Deputising for Shift Manager during holiday cover, sickness etc.

Dealing with other departments in a pleasant, personable manner.

Following company procedures and policies and enforcing that within the team

**What You'll need to Succeed**

To achieve all of that, you will be able to demonstrate and show evidence of:

- Previous warehouse experience
- Some supervisor experience would be beneficial
- Ability to think outside the box to get the job done

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
