CareHomeLife is expanding its finance team and is currently recruiting for a position in their Chorley office.
**Job Requirements**
As a finance executive, you will need to be able to.
- Oversee the process of daily invoicing
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Undertake credit control in an efficient and professional manner
- Reconciling supplier and customer accounts
- Assist with cash flow management
- Resolve invoice and transaction queries with relevant departments
- Assist with reporting and other management tasks as required
- Maintain and build, strong sustainable relationships with customers, through openness, honesty and integrity
**About You**:
- Demonstrable experience in a finance department
- Have relevant finance qualifications and be willing to learn
- Team player and able to build strong relationships
- Ability to carry out a range of tasks, plan and prioritise effectively
- Help to promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Ability to represent and promote the business in a professional and positive manner
- Positive, enthusiastic and energetic personality
- It would be advantageous but not essential to have knowledge of healthcare sectors and products, full training will be given
