About Our Client

Our client works with UK businesses to help them access a range of business funding solutions. These include:

  • Business loans
  • Asset and equipment finance
  • Invoice finance
  • Property finance

They aim to make business funding clear and accessible by supporting customers through the process in a straightforward and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Speak with business owners to understand their business needs
  • Contact new and existing prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Arrange follow-up conversations for senior team members
  • Maintain accurate notes using internal systems
  • Learn about business funding through training and practical experience
  • Work collaboratively within a small team environment

Training and Support

  • Structured onboarding and role-specific training
  • Ongoing coaching and regular feedback
  • Supportive working environment where questions are encouraged
  • Development opportunities as experience grows

This role is designed to support the development of communication skills, confidence, and commercial understanding.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or early-career level
  • Comfortable speaking with people
  • Interested in learning how businesses operate and grow
  • Positive and reliable approach to work
  • No previous sales or finance experience required

Salary and Benefits

  • £31,000 base salary
