**MANCHESTER (Hybrid)**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pragmatic and driven individual to translate analytical outputs into meaningful business actions and insights. This company is looking for someone with a proven track record of leading a team and articulating businessquestions using statistical techniques to provide expert analytical service in order to enhance company understanding of business operations and revenue.

**THE ROLE**

**You will**:

- Lead a team of analysts to design and deliver the provision of an analytic service to increase understanding of business operations and revenue.
- Design and implement the Data Governance Framework.
- Continuously identify means of improving and developing capabilities, whilst ensuring that the company remains up to date with industry best practice.
- Working closely with the wider areas of analytics to help progress projects and initiatives.
- Be Responsible for the development of the team.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong track record of delivering complex analytical service.
- Exposure to analytical or database querying software, data visualization software or big data environments.
- Experience leading a team.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL.
- The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business (both technical and non-technical).
