**About the role**

As the Senior Business Administrator for Medequip Connect, you will be pivotal in providing administration support for all business processes and customer relationship work.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Being the first point of contact for customers for the senior management team
- To administer and manage complaints, compliments, and feedback.
- To manage and maintain Medequip Connect’s corporate communications.
- To maintain and administer the contract registers, risk register and assessments, policies and procedures. Ensuring that task assignment and deadline management is provided throughout.
- To be the lead for Medequip Connect’s compliance with the TEC Services Association’s (TSA) and Quality Standards Framework (QSF)
- To manage updates to the company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
- Act as project coordinator during the implementation of new contracts.
- To support administration of data protection for Medequip Connect, liaising with Medequip’s DPO and all relevant external bodies, when required.
- Collate performance information and prepare reports for the Head of Medequip Connect and the senior leadership team.
- Support facilities management by ensuring all contractual documentation is maintained effectively.
- To support Connect improvements to achieve accreditation and compliance through audit, review, and implementation of change.
- Support expansion of TEC services and successful mobilisation of contracts.

**Qualifications and experience required.**
- Educated to A Level, higher education or degree level.
- Knowledge and understanding of CRM, improving customer journeys, and managing multiple communication streams.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience managing contract registers, policies & procedures, risk assessments, and customer records.
- Comprehensive knowledge and usage of all MS Office packages.
