We are looking for a **Recruitment Consultant **to join us**. **This is a **hybrid** role based in Blackburn.
- Developing the internal recruitment process for the UK business
- Developing the UK strategy enabling Careium to attract and hire the very best talent in the sector
- To work alongside HR and other business areas to plan and anticipate fluctuations in staffing levels
- To develop robust relationships with local agencies
- To ensure that anyone entering our business shares our values of **Show Care, Act Smart, Be Heroes**

In exchange the successful **Recruitment Consultant **will receive:

- A basic salary of up to £25,000- negotiable based on experience
- Hybrid working
