**The Role**
- Working as a Team, you will provide administrative and general office support, including answering telephones, distribution of information, post, stock-taking of PPE and Technology Enabled Care (TEC) equipment, etc.
- Have an interest in the TEC (Careline) equipment and keep your skills up-to-date when new equipment comes on board.
- Work with the Implementation and Innovation manager to learn about the TEC and assist with new Tender implementation, which could mean travelling to new areas whilst implementation takes place.
- Take and process new referrals for clients in accordance with TSA regulations.
- To ensure that new referrals are processed within the time-scales and to the standards required by our contract specification.
- To liaise with our new Contracts; Council colleagues, customers, their families, and third-party community services such as GPs, nurses, social workers, and voluntary groups to maintain the independence and well-being of the customer.
- To assist with promotional activities and local marketing campaigns to ensure our target market know the range of services we provide.
- To assist with the set-up of the new client equipment and process returned equipment and occasionally clean it in line with Medequip’s decontamination policy.
- Processing and updating client data on databases including UMO CRM and liaising with the ERC (Emergency Response Centre).
- Management of stock in/out of the office and using our own TCES system to process orders and book jobs for the local teams.
- To assist the accounts team to process payments and take credit card payments from clients; and to cover annual leave.
- Processing client data on UMO CRM and provide last resort call-handling cover.
- Handling client information in a sensitive and confidential manner.
- Preparing source documentation needed for new clients.
- Responding to routine queries and requests from Clients, managers, employees and colleagues.
- Liaise with all our Regional offices to assist with holiday/absence cover and regarding the ordering of stationery, PPE, cleaning materials, equipment and units.
- Maintaining tidiness in the offices and ensuring records are secure, kept up to date and in an orderly fashion.
- To develop & maintain knowledge and expertise in this specialist function and demonstrate commitment to one’s own professional development.
- To observe and comply with Company procedures and policies including Financial Regulations, Equality and Diversity, and positively implement the Company’s customer care and complaints policy.

**The Person**
- Deliver a Service with empathy and care
- Ability to manage own workload and work unsupervised.
- **Ideally has driving licence and use of a taxed and appropriately insured vehicle for business use**
