**Trainee Administrator**

**Location**: Glasgow City Centre

**Hours of work**:Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

**Salary**:£18k to £20k

**Experience**:Administration/call handling experience/Microsoft packages

**A bit about the role**
- Receiving and making calls to all potential clients to obtain all relevant information from them to enable the vetting team to review the information and to decide if the case can be taken on.
- Making follow up calls to the clients to obtain additional all case information and financial details to enable decisions on funding to be made as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Processing incoming mail
- Scanning documents on to the system
- Processing outgoing mail
- Printing and organising documents
- Data entry inputting new case entry into the System
- Monitoring the inbox and being responsible for keeping this inbox up to date and clear
- Allocating cases and saving correspondence

**A bit about you**
- Previous customer service experience would be beneficial
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Excellent team player
- Organised and capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to adopt a flexible and proactive approach to work duties
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to organise and prioritise time effectively to achieve deadlines
- Professional in dealings with clients and other external organisations at all times
