We’re recruiting for a friendly and efficient Trainee Administrator to work at Arnold Clark Insurance Services in Glasgow.

**Hours**

Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

**About the role**

As a Trainee Administrator, you’ll take care of customers both over the phone and in writing. You’ll deal with their enquiries, accurately input data and carry out admin duties.

This role would suit someone with fantastic verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail, who would enjoy working as part of a busy team.

**Day-to-day-duties**
- Providing accurate documentation to clients.
- Completing reports for our suppliers with correct information.
- Scanning, filing and administrative duties.
- Helping the rest of the team with tasks as required.

**Essential skills**:

- Strong communication skills and a friendly manner.
- Attention to detail and the ability to input data accurately.
- High level of organisation and the ability to multi-task.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Great time management.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
