**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
The home is supported living scheme, 3 Ladies and 1 gentleman who live here. Three of people we support attend day centers, on different days one gentleman has own mobility car and likes to go out for a drive and visit the Hair dresser. People we support like going on holiday, Coffee shop, Shopping, Theatre, One lady who loves ben Sheppard from Tipping point and likes to have his picture on display. One person likes to have nails painted every day, another lady who has a love of hand bags and will always chose own bag. One lady who loves doing jigsaws and helping lay the table at home. Also like coloring in pictures, rocks, and baking.
The best way to understand ‘what good looks like’ is asking the people we support and their families. We employ a team of Quality Advisors, individuals with ‘lived experience’ of receiving care and support. This team undertake quality inspections of the services we provide.
