At Specsavers, our Reception and Administration teams are essential in shaping the beginning of our Customer’s journey. We’re looking for someone with experience in **reception,** **customer service** with **strong communication skills**, who is **good with people**, has an **organised approach** & a **willingness to help** - a **friendly and professional approach** is essential. You’ll offer a highly professional service that will result in repeat business, increased profitability and an excellent reputation for your store. **Previous reception and optics experience is a distinct advantage.**

- Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
- Transferring calls efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Meeting and greeting
- Hearing aid repairs (after training)
- Utilising the computer systems in a compliant and efficient manner
