We are pleased to assist our client with their recruitment for a Finance Administrator working within their Head Office.

To provide financial administrative support to the Finance department, including the processing of large volume financial transactions
To proactively manage the accounts inbox, dealing with customer and supplier queries effectively.
To accurately process financial transactions (sales/purchasing/nominal), ensuring correct records are produced for Audit.
Assist in producing management reports and statistical information for internal customers ensuring reports are clearly presented within agreed deadlines.
To act as Quality Representative for the department.
Assist with general financial administration such as updating price lists, creating new products in Sage etc.
Other tasks may include processing petty cash, monthly journals, cashbook transactions, banking, accruals/prepayments, VAT reconciliation, data analysis.
Essential
*Good interpersonal, written and oral skills
*Understanding of financial systems and processing of transactions
*Excellent Excel skills - ability to develop and maintain spread sheets and manipulate large data sets.
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills - especially Word
*Able to analyse data and produce validated and clear reports for the intended audience
*Able to implement effective credit control procedures
*Understanding of quality systems, processes and maintenance of document audit trails
*Excellent customer service skills
