Office Angels are looking for an experienced Programmes and Events Coordinator for an amazing client based in the heart of London Bridge.

**Role**: Programmes and Events Coordinator

**Location**: The Shard & Remote working

**Pay**: £12.37

**Duration**: 6 months on-going

**Duties of the role**:

- Support the Senior Programme Coordinators with the smooth running of hospitality arrangements for our Executive Education programmes, including booking restaurants, ordering meals and refreshments, arrangement of lecture and syndicate rooms, audio visual and computer set-up; including internet links, welcoming participants, client representatives and guest speakers, and thanking guest speakers in person and via Linkedin.
- Manage the relationship with external suppliers to ensure their contributions and services are made available according to specification (e.g. hospitality services, transport providers, etc). Ensure timely provision of materials and services.
- Co-ordinate and provide the operational delivery of various experiential events when run as part of the programme delivery.
- Support the Module Leader in implementing and managing the communication etiquette so all students can participate successfully in the teaching session.
- Support the Executive Education Operations Director, Programmes Manager and Recruitment & Business Development Executive with the organisation and delivery of virtual and in-person events.
- Act as the first point of contact for all events enquiries, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Create clear and concise event plans and comminute them to event stakeholders and suppliers, when necessary.
**Requirements for the role**:

- Highly developed understanding of what constitutes good customer care
- Excellent organisation and planning skills, with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and progress a number of complex tasks concurrently
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Highly developed and effective communication and interpersonal skills; sensitivity to others and cultural awareness
