**Tructyre**has an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Specialist**to join the team based in **Gateshead.**You will be joining on a **full-time or part-time permanent basis**and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of**£20,000 per annum**.
Tructyre are a proud part of the Michelin Group and Euromaster group and Britain’s leading truck tyre specialist. Our mission is to De-risk Britain’s Fleets by offering complete, commercial tyre management to our nationwide client’s. This includes tyre maintenance,tyre supply and 24/7 rapid emergency assistance.
In the UK our team of 600 colleagues work across a warehouse network, regional depots, and our customer experience centre to take care of our customers.
Tructyre’s team of keyworkers have kept Britain’s fleets moving, helping make essential deliveries during the pandemic. As a result, we are looking for Customer Service Specialists to join our operation to help us service our customers vehicle’s and keepthem on the road.
**About the Customer Service Specialist role**:
Our close-knit Customer Service team are a key part of our business ensuring we provide an accurate and efficient customer journey by providing invoicing support and know-how to clients and colleagues alike. We combine having fun at work with deliveringa great customer experience.
Working from the Customer Experience Centre (CEC), our friendly Customer Service Specialists are there when our customers vehicles have been repaired to ensure we are able to swiftly and accurately invoice for the work we have done and enable us to continuesupporting our customers fleet's.
Our Customer Service Specialist's core hours are Mon to Friday between 7am and 5pm with weekend working being very rarely required. We offer Full-time contracts at 40 hours per week with part time options also available.
**Your responsibilities as our Customer Service Specialist will include**:
- Manage a workload of invoices that require time sensitive processing to ensure we are invoicing our clients correctly and are able to collect payment for the work our Technician’s have carried out
- Process a range of invoices ensuring high levels of accuracy and employing a keen eye for detail to minimise issues and allow for seamless reconciliation
- Support Internal and External stakeholders in resolving key account queries to pro-actively tackle any financial issues and minimise errors
**What we’re looking for in our Customer Service Specialist**:
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Experience within a different industry, but you will be comfortable working with data and ensuring high levels of accuracy
- Enjoy working in a team to achieve a shared objective
- Able to work to sometimes challenging deadlines
