At **Tructyre**, our mission is to de-risk Britain’s fleets; Whether we are fitting new truck tyres, servicing existing ones, or attending rapid response incidents our Customer Experience Centre (CEC) are central to our UK network respondingto our customer’s as and when they need us.

**About the Operations Manager role**:
Reporting to the Head of the Customer Experience Centre, you will take ownership and management responsibility of a team of 5 Team Managers and a wider function of up to 44 customer service specialists currently. Our Customer experience team are on handwhen our customers need to make contact to arrange a service or inspection or requesting a technician to attend a breakdown.

As a member of our Customer Experience Centre (CEC) leadership team, you will own our customer experience service levels and ensure that your team support their people through ongoing training/development and resource planning.

Our close-knit Customer Service team is a key part of our business ensuring we provide an accurate and efficient customer journey by providing invoicing support and know-how to clients and colleagues alike.

**Your responsibilities as an Operations Manager will include**:

- Providing Leadership and line management to a Customer facing department (circa 45 FTE)
- Your first priority will be to lead a step change in our service standards to our B2B customers, through our call centre which operates 24/7
- Driving Performance whilst ensuring customer expectations, quality standards, and SLAs are adhered to.
- Support the wider business in driving staff engagement, supporting recruitment and HR where appropriate.
- Build effective working relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders, championing the fantastic work our Customer Support Specialists do.
- Working closely and collaboratively with our CEC leadership team, including our Operations Manager responsible for Back Office (invoicing).
- Working innovatively as we progress to a fully blended centre.
