As our**Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion Manager**, you will develop and implement practical strategies and policies to enable our people to feel supported and included at work. This role is responsible for the development and implementationof our Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion (WDI) programme, working closely with our regional teams and managing suppliers, you will ensure Churchill offers an array of Wellbeing and D&I initiatives for all employees.

As our **Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion Manager** you will be responsible for.
- Owning the development and delivery of our WDI strategy including all polices, processes, programmes, and initiatives.
- Championing all aspects of employee wellbeing, leading the creation and delivery of strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Working closely with HR, L&D and Marketing teams to create and develop inspiring content that help to embed our approach to Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion.
- Monitoring and continually improving our WDI offering, ensuring all processes in the employee lifecycle are aligned with Churchill’s WDI approach.
- Creating a set of metrics for all WDI initiatives to provide insights into their effectiveness.
- Establishing external networks and relationships e.g. suppliers, competitors, professional networks and work collaboratively with all key stakeholders, ensuring that WDI programmes are delivered, monitored and evaluated for effectiveness and are tailoredto meet regional/office
- needs as required.
- Utilise and analyse people data to identify D&I issues and trends, to inform developments and relevant improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate and possess technical expertise, passion, external insights and experience of delivering people driven initiatives and projects.
- Work with the L&D team to ensure any WDI training is delivered effectively as required.
- Work in partnership with various stakeholders at all levels to develop the annual celebration and event calendar, setting the standard for planning and organisation of key religious and cultural events.
- Continue to develop and grow internal projects, leading our D&I committee to ensure that all employees continue to have a voice as well as a sense of belonging.

As our **Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion Manager** you will have the following expertise:

- Proven experience in creating and delivering Wellbeing and D&I initiatives, projects and programmes
- Be credible and engaging, with the ability to form strong relationships with both internal stakeholders as well as external partners
- Strong change management, stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- An understanding and appreciation of different cultures when engaging multi-site remote colleagues
- Experience of managing colleague engagement events across multi-site operations
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously
- Be creative and have disruptive ideas
- Comfortable identifying trends through data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advance level proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Language capability would be advantageous
- Willing to travel to regional offices across the UK as required
