**Location**: Birmingham or London [Hybrid]

**Salary**: £28,000 - £35,000 FTE

We are open to both full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hrs per week) applicants for this role.

Good Growth’s primary mission is to enable large businesses to innovate online without letting their legacy technology slow them down. Many of the websites you see - some of which might belong to your favourite retailers - are often over a decade old, relying on older systems and tech to continue running. Tearing down barriers to growth, innovating at breakneck speed, using legacy technology as an asset - it’s what we do every day for the global organisations who choose to partner with us. Our extraordinary technology, backed up by world-class data and insight, delivers experiences that transform performance for brands who want more from their digital channels.

At Good Growth you’ll be part of a dynamic company that values creativity and innovation in every task. Here, you can propel your career forward alongside experts in data analysis, software engineering, and client success - all committed to building solutions that redefine the future of digital commerce.

**The Role**:
We're on the lookout for a proactive Marketing Events Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for executing and running events that showcase what Good Growth is all about. You’ll work closely with our co-founder/CEO to make our events plan happen. From round tables to large retailer-attended events, you'll create engaging experiences that connect with our audience and help drive conversations with our customers.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- ** Event Planning & Execution**:

- Design and manage a variety of events, ensuring they align with our marketing goals and business objectives.
- Handle all the details, from scheduling to logistics, to make sure each event runs smoothly.
- ** Budget Management**:

- Oversee event budgets, making sure we get the best bang for our buck.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Work closely with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure services and negotiate deals.
- Team up with our internal squads—marketing, sales, insight and technology —to ensure everything's on point.
- ** Marketing & Promotion**:

- ** On-site Management**:

- Be the friendly face on event days, handling setup, engagement, and wrap-up.
- ** Post-Event Follow-Up**:

- Gather feedback and analyse event performance to see what's working and where we can improve.
- ** Stay Updated**:

- Keep an eye on industry trends; we need to be in the rooms our target clients want to be in.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of experience in event planning and marketing, ideally in tech or digital services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple events at once.
- Great communication and people skills; you're comfortable engaging with folks at all levels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-notch experiences.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel - likely to the US - when required.

**What We Offer**:
Flexible Working

️ 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

‍ Learning and Development Allowance

Regular Team events and Socials, including our Annual 2 day ‘Town Hall’ event

Company Bonus Scheme
